Job Title : Web Designer (Figma to HTML / React & Next.js UI Specialist)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Web Designer who specializes in converting Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect UI using React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create user-friendly, modern, and optimized front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into responsive HTML, CSS, and React components.
• Develop pixel-perfect, reusable, and optimized UI using React.js & Next.js.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to bring concepts to life.
• Implement UI animations, transitions, and interactive elements for a smooth user experience.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and SEO (Next.js).
• Stay updated with the latest front-end design trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer / Frontend Developer.
• Strong expertise in Figma to HTML conversion.
• Proficiency in React.js and Next.js for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS (or other CSS frameworks).
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect results.

Nice-to-Have (Optional):

• Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, or other animation libraries.
• Knowledge of API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, ShadCN, Chakra UI, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices in Next.js.
