Front End Developer (React.js)

The ideal candidate for the Front End Developer (React.js) position should have strong expertise in frontend technologies, particularly React.js and related libraries such as Hooks and Context API. You should possess a solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, and have experience in developing responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar. In addition, you should have a good grasp of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration, as well as familiarity with state management tools like Redux or React Query. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library would be beneficial. Proficiency in version control using Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab is essential. You should be capable of writing clean, scalable, and reusable code, with strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. An understanding of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel is also required. Collaboration skills are key, as you will be working closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in front-end development with React.js and preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. On-site work at our Surat office is mandatory, as remote work is not permitted. Candidates with prior experience in developing SaaS products or AI-integrated platforms will have an added advantage. A proactive attitude towards learning, coupled with a passion for UI/UX and frontend performance, is highly desirable.
