Job Description

As a member of the GKM IT team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of various insurance products such as Death, Total and Permanent Disablement, Income Protection, Terminal Illness, and Permanent Incapacity. Your responsibilities will encompass managing claims and underwriting processes, as well as handling insurance-related inquiries efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned claims processing tasks, establishing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and other operational staff. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team and across different departments. To excel in this position, you should have 3 to 4 years of experience in front-end development. Your expertise will be crucial in leading the centralization of localization and marketization processes across teams. You will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining high-quality localization processes, defining regional strategies for go-to-market localization, and overseeing the successful localization of the company's website.
