As a Front End Central Quality Engineer at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving quality and reliability improvement initiatives within the Front End Manufacturing network. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing methods to extract and analyze unstructured diverse Backend & Front-end data, and performing data correlations to determine patterns and perform the first level of debug. - Translating raw data into compelling visual stories that highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborating with business partners and cross-functional teams to drive detection, Corrective and Preventive Actions in line-of-sight metrics. - Working with cross-functional teams to deploy Best Known Methods (BKMs) of Back End to Front End collaboration processes like WL DPM forecast and RMA DPM reduction. - Leading cross-functional initiatives or enabling projects that support companywide quality objectives. - Managing projects to enable the implementation path for new initiatives. - Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, being able to communicate analysis and present insights to business partners. Skills and experience required for this role include: - Good knowledge in Semiconductor basics and exposure to semiconductor manufacturing. - Fluency in Python and/or R, other statistical software including scripting capability for automating analyses. - Knowledge of using statistical tools, Unix, Tableau, Power BI, JMP. - Understanding of statistics applied to data analysis, especially in Quality and reliability. - Exposure to statistical modeling, feature extraction, and analysis. It is good to have experience in supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning, integrating LLM into the production environment.
