Front End Architect

Role Overview: As an experienced React Front-End Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable front-end architecture for applications from scratch. Your role will involve establishing and enforcing front-end development standards to ensure modularity, maintainability, and scalability. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, driving the adoption of the latest technologies and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design scalable, high-performance front-end solutions using React.js. - Define and enforce front-end architecture standards, focusing on modularity, maintainability, and scalability. - Lead and mentor front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Develop and optimize UI components for responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. - Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration. - Implement and manage state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Recoil, Zustand, etc.). - Drive code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. - Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices to enhance development efficiency. Qualification Required: - 5 to 10 years of front-end development experience, with expertise in React.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (SASS/SCSS, Tailwind, or Styled Components). - Experience in building scalable React applications from scratch. - Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques. - Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Recoil, or Zustand). - Experience with component-driven development and design systems. - Familiarity with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.). - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets integration. - Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications. - Ability to mentor and guide junior developers on best coding practices.
