Work Experience -

Min. 1 year prior experience in hotel front desk or telesales preferred.

Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Attend phone and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Promote room bookings, offers, and packages to potential guests.
Maintain guest records and update booking systems.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Assist with front office tasks and ensure excellent guest service.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, booking platforms, etc.).
Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
