Front Desk sales Executive

Urgently looking for a Front Desk Executive for a reputed international gym , ANYTIME FITNESS.

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND CUSTOMER HANDLING*

Locations:- Saltlake.

Salary - 14000 to 17000 + incentives

Exp - Min 6 months in B2C Sales

Age - Maximum 30 years

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Greet properly and answer client enquires properly as per protocol over call or in person..

2. Assist clients with any payment related enquires or renewal of membership of the gym

3. Take part in membership sales.

4. Promote Gym membership plans as per training provided to increase the number of valuable clients.

5. Meet monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

6. Taking necessary steps to solve client grievances, if any.

7. Collection of payments and other necessary administrative tasks as required.

8. Coordination with other team members and departments to ensure smooth running of the operations.

Requirements

1. Must have a pleasing personality.

2. Must have great communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.

3. Must be confident.

4. Must have a go getter attitude.

5. Must be able to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

6. Must be a graduate
