Client Relationship Consultant

Anytime Fitness , an international gym chain is looking forClient Relationship Associate , Responsibilities will include driving membership sales, meeting monthly targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent service to both prospective and existing members.

• Sell gym memberships, packages, and services to walk-ins, leads, and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
• Conduct facility tours and promote club benefits tailored to individual client needs.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to increase satisfaction and retention.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and contracts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns and in-club promotions.
• Support front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming and professional club environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
