Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, manage client interactions, and support the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Provide basic information about visa/immigration services (without giving legal advice).
  • Schedule and manage client appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Maintain reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, couriers).
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Coordinate with immigration consultants and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
