Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role includes welcoming visitors, handling calls and inquiries, and supporting the team with administrative work while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls and manage client inquiries effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for counseling sessions.
• Maintain front desk area and client records neatly.
• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Pleasant personality, confident, and professional behavior.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Prior front desk or office experience preferred, but not mandatory.
