We are hiring! Join our dynamic team at one of our esteemed schools in Dubai under the NIMS Group. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced candidates for the following positions:

Open Positions:

• Front Desk Receptionist
• Tele Caller
• School Registrar

Location:

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Requirements (for all roles):

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Prior experience in a school or educational institution preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Customer-service-oriented attitude

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Receptionist

• Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors
• Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
• Maintain front office operations and documentation
• Coordinate appointments and manage front desk schedules

2. Tele Caller

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students
• Provide information about school admissions and programs
• Maintain call logs and follow-up reports
• Assist in admission campaigns and lead generation

3. School Registrar

• Manage student enrollment and admission processes
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
• Ensure compliance with KHDA and other regulatory requirements
