Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities: · Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude. · Manage front desk operations – answering and forwarding phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately. · Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures). · Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail. · Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. · Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars. · Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining office records. · Coordinate with internal departments and support teams for smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements: · Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role. · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Customer-service attitude and professional appearance. · Graduate in any stream preferred.
