Location: Miramar & Calangute
Qualification: Graduation & Hotel industry background is most preferred.

Two shifts Work Timings - 10:00am to 8:00pm & 11:00am to 9:00pm

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the branch- Direct visitors to the appropriate service station- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls- Take appointment bookings via call, in-person and WhatsApp- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock- Update calendars and schedule appointments- Manage the appointment booking portal- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
