Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and employees. This full-time position is located in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. Qualifications And Skills You should have 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Proficiency in using telecommunications systems and office equipment, as well as knowledge of basic office management tasks, is required. It is important to be customer service-oriented with a positive attitude, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Roles And Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner, managing the reception area by keeping it clean and organized, answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department, providing information to visitors and employees clearly and concisely, sorting and distributing mail and packages, managing meeting room bookings, and assisting with scheduling appointments. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents, maintain office supplies inventory, place orders when necessary, ensure security by following procedures and controlling access, and handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
