As a Front Office Executive at Material Depot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, clients, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting and guiding individuals entering the office, handling incoming calls efficiently, and managing various office inquiries with a high level of professionalism. You will be actively involved in supporting lead qualification by engaging with walk-ins and responding to phone or email queries promptly. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to ensure a seamless handover of leads with the necessary context. Maintaining visitor logs, overseeing office supplies, and ensuring the front office is organized are key tasks that you will be responsible for. In addition, you will coordinate daily office operations and provide assistance with scheduling and basic administrative tasks. Effective communication across various channels to resolve customer queries and provide necessary support will be a significant part of your role. Your input in sharing feedback and assisting with reporting and documentation tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of the office operations. To excel in this role, you should ideally have a background in business, hospitality, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with previous experience in customer-facing or administrative roles. Being comfortable with a six-day work schedule and thriving in a startup environment are important aspects of this position.
