3. Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages, providing excellent customer service.

4. Administration: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

5. Payment Processing: Manage payment processing, billing, and insurance claims.

Requirements1. Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

3. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
