Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception & Visitor Management

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
    • Maintain visitor records and issue passes as needed.
  • Communication Handling

    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally.
    • Handle student/parent inquiries and provide basic information about Kanan.co services.
  • Front Office Operations

    • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional look.
    • Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and schedules.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain logs for calls, inquiries, and visitors.
    • Assist in preparing daily/weekly front desk reports.
    • Handle courier and postal services efficiently.

Key Qualifications

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration preferred).
  • Experience:

    02 years of experience as a receptionist or in front-office operations (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
  • Skills:

    • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
