Responsibilities
Follow up on incoming leads and share updates with the sales team.
Help create basic quotations for CCTV products and services.
Attend and assist walk-in B2B or wholesale customers.
Maintain inventory records and daily registers at the office.
Arrange and send material to field teams through Parcel bookings.
Support general front desk and office tasks as needed.
Requirements
Good communication and follow up skills.
Basic computer & Excel for quotations and inventory entry.
Organised, reliable and comfortable handling B2B customers.
