Work Hours: 10 hours per day

Role Overview

We are looking for a polite, responsible, and organized Front Desk Assistant to be the face of Jyoti Hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a calm personality, and the ability to multitask in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients.
• Schedule and manage appointments for doctors and physiotherapists.
• Maintain petty cash, ensure accurate recording and daily reconciliation.
• Accompany patients to their designated consultation rooms or departments.
• Maintain records—registers, files, appointment logs, billing slips, and software entries.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
• Ensure a clean, courteous and professional front desk environment at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks assigned by hospital management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge & ability to learn hospital software
• Prior experience in front desk / reception / healthcare preferred but not mandatory
• Pleasant personality, patience, and strong customer-service orientation
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly

Salary

As per hospital norms and candidate’s experience.
