Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming clients, visitors, and staff members, managing check-ins efficiently, and operating a multi-line phone system to handle calls promptly and professionally. In addition, you will be in charge of coordinating conference room bookings, ensuring meeting spaces are well-prepared, managing mail and deliveries, organizing courier pickups, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects our company's commitment to excellence. You will also assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents and reports for meetings. Moreover, you will be responsible for monitoring office supplies and liaising with the facilities or procurement team to ensure timely orders.
