Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken Front Desk Receptionist cum Telecaller with Good English communication skills to manage our front office and handle incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere while also assisting in basic telecalling responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures. Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Telecalling:Make outgoing calls to potential clients/customers as per requirement. Follow up on leads and ensure timely updates to the team. Handle basic customer queries and redirect calls to appropriate departments. Maintain call records and reports. Requirements: 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Polite, confident, and customer-oriented approach. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.) Well-groomed and presentable. Ability to multitask and stay organized.
