Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and organized manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company policy.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and guests, providing accurate information.
  • Support administrative and HR teams with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in any discipline).
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
