Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday

We are currently seeking a polished and experienced Female Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to represent our sales office in Thane.

Job Summary:

The GRE will be responsible for front-office management, welcoming and assisting clients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a professional and comfortable environment at the sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
• Manage the reception desk and maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with basic office documentation.
• Oversee hospitality arrangements such as refreshments for client meetings.
• Provide front desk and basic administrative support to the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in front office/guest relations (real estate or hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer use.
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
