You will be responsible for the following: - Answering customers calls and guiding them by solving their predicaments. - Handling client appointments and billing process. - Providing information asked for and directing them to the right departments. - Receiving and greeting clients politely, leaving a positive impression of the firm in their minds. - Handling telephone calls and e-mails and directing them to the right recipient. - Coordinating with the staff at meetings conferences to make arrangements. - Maintaining operational records and accelerating data input, processing, and retrieval times. - Maintaining all the necessary data of clients. - Providing back-office support to HR Admin department as and when required.
