About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
