Guest Relation Executive (G.R.E) Location: Rohini Sector 32 Employment Type: Full-Time Gender Preference: Female candidates only Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and well-groomed Guest Relations Executive (G.R.E.) to be the face of our Sales Gallery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and a professional appearance. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all walk-ins to the Sales Gallery. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain a comprehensive MIS of site walk-ins. Enhance the customer experience through exceptional hospitality and service. Oversee the facilities staff to maintain the upkeep of the sales gallery. Manage the inventory for pantry supplies to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Utilize MS Office for data entry, record-keeping, and report generation. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Immaculate grooming and a smart, corporate dressing style. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience in guest relations or front office will be an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills. Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
