Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries
• Maintain patient records and manage daily billing/receipts
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Manage the reception area and ensure a clean, pleasant environment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software)
• Previous experience in a dental or medical setup preferred (not mandatory)
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
