At Better Me Healthcare, we offer ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric and psychotherapy services in a calming, modern environment. We are now looking for a confident and kind Front Desk Patient Coordinator to be the face of our practice.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate appointments using online scheduling platforms
• Respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries clearly and courteously
• Maintain records and follow up with patients as needed
• Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English – both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Confident, courteous, and presentable
• Tech-savvy: Able to use apps, email, WhatsApp Business, etc.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus

Work Schedule

• 9 am - 6 pm
• 6 days a week (Sundays off)
