We are now looking for a confident and kind Front Desk Patient Coordinator to be the face of our practice. Role & Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism Coordinate appointments using online scheduling platforms Respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email enquiries clearly and courteously Maintain records and follow up with patients as needed Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations Skills & Qualifications Fluent in English – both spoken and written (mandatory) Confident, courteous, and presentable Tech-savvy: Able to use apps, email, WhatsApp Business, etc. Good organizational and multitasking skills Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus Work Schedule 9 am - 6 pm 6 days a week (Sundays off) Compensation Competitive salary with periodic reviews Professional work environment and growth opportunities How to Apply Please apply only if you meet the English language criteria.
