Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage reception operations and provide a warm, professional experience for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, and efficient in handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and message transfers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendars.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist HR/Management with basic office support tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk/reception roles (freshers with good communication may apply).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
  • Presentable and confident.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
