Front Desk Manager/Receptionist

Role Overview: As the Front Desk Admin at PSY Maison Works in Sector 71, Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role as the welcoming face of the company. Your responsibilities will involve managing the front office area, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner - Answer and direct incoming calls effectively - Maintain front office cleanliness and decorum - Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars - Handle couriers, incoming/outgoing mail, and basic documentation - Provide assistance in administrative and HR support activities - Maintain visitor logs and records accurately Qualification Required: - Female candidate with 1-3 years of relevant experience in front desk/admin roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Presentable and well-groomed appearance - Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively Additional Details: The working hours for this full-time position are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with immediate joining preferred.
