Experience - 1+ Year in Front Office with Hotel Industry Salary - 15,000 to 17,000 Per Month Male Candidate Rotational Shift - Day, Afternoon, Evening, Night JOB Responsibilities:- - Responsible for guest assistance during their stay in hotel, cash handling and guest billing on check- out.
  • Record guest comments or complaints and reporting to the manager.
  • Maintain high standard of etiquettes & positive attitude towards guest, to maintain the relationship with hotel guest.
  • Handling telephonic operations and respond E-mail Inquiries including sending confirmations and processing for Company Guaranteed Rates.
  • Manage and maintain all FIT Corporate and Group reservations
  • Maintain monthly Reports
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel
  • Handle Reservation
  • Handle Check-in, Check-outs and maintain Guest folio till checkout.
  • Maintain log book for all internal & external messages
  • Assign guest room and VVIP rooms after housekeeping co ordination
