Front desk Hotel Receptionist

We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused front desk receptionist who will act as first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in/check-out experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain guest records and process reservations efficiently.
• Handle payments, billing, and cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
• professionally resolve guest complaints and issues.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk area at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Experience of minimum 2 years as receptionist.
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management software).
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,368.72 per month
