We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team in Delhi NCR.Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.Sales: Actively engage with potential members, understand their fitness goals, and effectively promote our gym memberships and services.Member Management: Manage member inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the front desk area and gym facilities.Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or customer service industry.Excellent communicat
