Role Overview

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for customers visiting Jellyfish Watersports. This role involves welcoming guests, handling bookings and queries, managing check-ins/check-outs for activities, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests on arrival.
• Manage bookings — in person, over the phone, and online.
• Provide detailed information on all watersport activities, packages, pricing, and safety guidelines.
• Handle guest registrations, ticketing, invoicing, and payments.
• Maintain booking records and daily schedules accurately.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Manage customer flow and waiting times efficiently.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Assist in ensuring safety briefings are scheduled and conducted.
• Keep the reception and waiting area neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Support marketing and promotional activities (basic social media updates, if required).
• Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software, etc.).
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as per operational needs.
