Front Desk and TPA Executives

Position:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and admission/discharge formalities.
Handle telephone calls, inquiries, and provide necessary information regarding hospital services.
Maintain and update patient records, files, and billing details accurately.
Assist in cashless procedure file management, particularly under
PM-JAY
and
ECHS
schemes.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient care and documentation flow.
Ensure a professional, courteous, and supportive environment at the front desk.

Job Specifications

Qualification:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of computers (MS Office, hospital management software, etc.).
Ability to manage digital records and documentation efficiently.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and visitors politely.

Experience:

Prior work experience in hospital front desk operations preferred.
Candidates with experience in
ECHS and PM-JAY cashless procedures & file management
will be given preference.
