Job Summary

The Front Desk Engineer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams, providing technical support, coordinating office operations, and maintaining smooth front desk functionality in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
• Provide basic technical support or escalate IT issues to relevant departments.
• Manage visitor logs, issue ID cards/badges, and ensure office security protocols.
• Coordinate with the facilities and IT team for office equipment maintenance.
• Maintain the reception area and monitor supplies/stationery.
• Assist HR/admin in onboarding coordination and room bookings.

Required Skills

• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
