Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
Maintain attendance records and assist with staff entry/exit tracking (including live location attendance if applicable).
Handle courier, mail, and other front desk documentation.
Support HR and admin departments with basic clerical tasks and record maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management teams.
Ensure that all visitors follow security and access protocols.
