Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Company: OPPO

Location: Indore

About the Role

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our Indore office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and basic computer/system handling knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
Assist in daily office operations and coordination with internal teams.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in any stream.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet usage).
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer service mindset.
Prior experience in a front desk/receptionist/administrative role will be an added advantage.
