Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Front Desk Executive cum Receptionist (Female)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Admin / Front Desk)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

What You’ll Do

Manage the front desk and receptionist duties

Maintain stock and track materials inventory

Oversee housekeeping team and coordinate with different departments

Support event management from planning through execution

Maintain MIS reports in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Generate regular reports and dashboards

Who You Are

Female candidates only (due to role requirement)

Local to Mohali or within easy commuting distance

At least 1 Year of relevant experience in administration / reception

Highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Organized, proactive, with strong multitasking ability
