Answering all phone calls and encouraging callers to schedule an appointment. All consultations are classified as either complete, or on-going, in the case of the later must ensure that a follow up appointment has been booked with the appropriate vet. Looking at the types of appointment and scheduling the time slot accordingly. Ensuring that doctors receive the relevant messages. Maintaining a missed call log and follow up on next appointments. Maintaining a call history of all calls received. Placing of confirmation calls to the clients one day prior to the appointment date.
