Job Summary:

Shipping Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day logistics and shipping operations

Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams

Track and manage shipment movement and documentation

Ensure timely and accurate data entry in operational systems

Support in preparing shipping instructions, bills of lading, invoices, and other related documents

Maintain proper records of consignments, delivery notes, and receipts

Assist in follow-ups with vendors, customers, and partners for smooth operations

Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce

Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain concepts, and shipping documentation

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
