Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from the assigned bank branches
  • Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers
  • Conduct customer need analysis and identify opportunities for insurance-based financial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to ensure sustained business growth
  • Acquire new customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Facilitate completion of medicals and documentation to ensure timely policy issuance
  • Support and coach bank staff in insurance product knowledge and selling skills when required
  • Explore and develop new market segments as per company sales strategies

Job Nature:

  • On the payrolls of the life insurance company
  • Responsible for meeting individual sales targets and ensuring overall business from assigned bank branches

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in insurance or any BFSI channel
  • Candidates from banking, telecom, pharma, retail, or other sales sectors can also apply
  • Experience in life, health, or general insurance preferred
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Must have a consistent and stable career track record
