Fresher/Intern - Recruitment Experience : On-site Training Type : Full Time Notes : Handle end to end recruitment, understand the staffing needs and make strategies as per that. Sourcing & Screening of resumes from multiple platforms Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates. Coordinating with the HR Team in offer generation and documentation. Follow up with the candidate till joining and again till the replacement clause from the client company side. Daily Reporting & Submission of day to day activities.
