Fresher Trainee (Software / Technical Support/Medical Billing)

Job Description :

Trainees

During the initial training and probation period (3-6 months), you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training covering software fundamentals, customer/technical support skills, and medical billing processes.

Based on your performance, aptitude, and interests

• Software Development/Testing

  : Learning coding, debugging, basic programming (e.g., Python, Java, web technologies), and contributing to software projects.

• Technical Support / Customer Support

  : Handling client queries via chat/email/phone, troubleshooting software issues, and providing excellent customer service.

• Medical Billing

  : Processing medical claims, coding (ICD-10, CPT), insurance verification, denial management, and revenue cycle management for international healthcare clients.

This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from seniors, and clear growth paths in technical, support, or healthcare billing domains.

Key Responsibilities (During Training)

• Learn and assist in software tools, support processes, or medical billing workflows.
• Participate in team projects and daily tasks.
• Provide feedback and demonstrate quick learning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./BCA/MCA/B.Com/B.Pharm/Life Sciences) in any discipline. Graduates with interest in tech or healthcare processes are welcome.

• Experience:

  Fresher (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred). No prior experience required.

• Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills (English mandatory; Telugu/Hindi preferred).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and team player attitude.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (especially for support and medical billing roles).

• Location Preference:

  Candidates from Nellore or nearby areas (relocation assistance not provided).
