Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, sell products/services, provide information, or resolve issues. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
• Explain the product or service in detail and answer any questions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met or to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Resolve complaints or escalate them to the relevant department.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English language
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
