Job Description

Role Overview: Join our team as a PE-Default Servicing specialist where you will utilize your skills in MS Excel to support operations. This role involves working from the office during night shifts, focusing on property preservation and mortgage loan servicing. Your contributions will enhance efficiency and impact the financial well-being of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Process Foreclosure support activities accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures. - Maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity. - Report to the Team Leader as the first point of contact for any issues, questions, or concerns. - Meet or exceed the agreed productivity targets during and after the training period. - Exceed the minimum quality benchmark as per specified guidelines. - Be open and receptive to feedback for constant self-improvement and process development. - Have basic knowledge of the Mortgage industry and the ability to recognize various mortgage documents. - Ensure data accuracy and review any red flags in documents and client information. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications Required for Process Associate: - Graduate in any discipline. - 1 year of experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background. Qualifications Required for Sr. Process Associate: - Graduate in any discipline. - 1+ years of experience in Foreclosure support, Pre Foreclosure Bids, etc. Skill Sets: - Good analytical skills, research knowledge, and decision-making. - Knowledge of MS Office Excel. - Good written and spoken communication skills. - Ability to work in shifts, preferably night. - Willingness to work 6 days a week. Certifications Required: - Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification.,
