Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quality service as per company standards.
Maintain call logs and documentation using CRM tools.
Meet performance metrics like call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
Experience in US customer service or technical support.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems.
