Fresher Graduates in Mass Communication

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for fresh graduates in Mass Communication who are curious about how stories move people, influence perceptions, and build brands. If you’ve always noticed how one line in a campaign sticks with you longer than a jingle, or how a small press mention can make a big difference — you might be the communicator we're looking for. This role is ideal for someone who wants to explore corporate communications, content creation, media strategy, and more, while learning hands-on in a professional environment that values ideas, not just experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing content for blogs, articles, and press materials
• Support PR and internal communication efforts
• Contribute to planning and executing media campaigns
• Research industry trends and competitor communication
• Help in coordinating interviews, coverage, and outreach
• Learn and assist with social media content and performance analysis
• Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for brand storytelling
• Assist with communication audits and reporting
• Take initiative to bring fresh, youthful perspectives to projects

Primary Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Creative thinking with an eye for messaging
• Basic knowledge of media platforms and digital content
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of social media tools or Canva is a bonus

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or equivalent
• Recent graduates or final semester students may apply

Experience:

• 0 to 1 year (Internships or academic projects will be considered)
