Job Description

Job Title: Fresher Graduate (Lithium-Ion Battery)

Industry: Lithium-Ion Battery / EV Manufacturing

Department: Battery Testing

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Fresher).
Basic understanding of electrical fundamentals and battery concepts (preferred knowledge of lithium-ion batteries).
Familiarity with electrical circuits, wiring, and use of instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and reporting.
Awareness of safety protocols while working with electrical/high-voltage equipment.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, data logging software, test tools).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting lithium-ion battery testing as per defined procedures and test plans.
Perform basic electrical testing such as:
Charge & discharge cycles
Voltage and current monitoring
Capacity measurement
Recording test data
Operate testing equipment (battery cyclers, power supplies, instruments) under supervision.
Prepare test setups, connect wiring accurately, ensure instruments are calibrated and ready for testing.
Monitor test progress and ensure data logging accuracy.
Maintain records of test results, calibration logs, and testing documentation.
Adhere to safety protocols and SOPs while working in the battery testing lab.
Collaborate with senior engineers and report any abnormalities or deviations noticed during testing.
Support troubleshooting of basic equipment issues or test setup challenges.
Utilize basic PCAN/CAN tools for monitoring and logging (training will be provided).
Prepare and submit daily testing reports to the reporting supervisor.
